The team founder Jodi Faulkner, has 18 + years experience in the real estate industry and has witnessed first hand how quickly the market can move, change and evolve. When Phoenix real estate exploded in 2021, it became very clear that to help clients truly succeed in a frenzied, highly competitive atmosphere, the team must provide exceptional knowledge, expertise, an untouchable work-ethic, and real-time around the clock, dedication to our clients. JODI FAULKNER started her real estate career in Chicago in 2007. Applying her business and marketing background, she quickly climbed the ranks, receiving numerous awards for top sales volume, shortest market times, and overall customer satisfaction ratings. Jodi brought her love of real estate and business acumen to the Phoenix Valley in the Spring of 2015, has been recognized since as an industry expert and top producing agent in the Valley. Jodi, her husband Jason and their dog Wrigley, live in the Stetson Valley neighborhood of North Phoenix, where they enjoy all the wonderful outdoor activities the area has to offer, especially hiking and biking the gorgeous trails and mountains nearby.
JASON FAULKNER brings a wealth of business expertise to the AZ247 team, following a successful corporate career in accounting, marketing, and sales with Fortune 500 companies. Known for his client-first approach, Jason has always prioritized delivering exceptional service—an ethos that seamlessly translates into his work in real estate. Through years of supporting his wife Jodi’s thriving career and managing their own real estate ventures, Jason developed a strong understanding of the Phoenix market and the transaction process. Now a full-time agent, he leverages his strategic background and personal knowledge to guide clients with confidence and care. STACY WARNER's work in client care spans across industries – from banking to travel and now real estate. With an innate compassion, an eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment, Stacy ensures seamless transactions, going above and beyond for her clients. BECKY BLATNICK is a native Arizonan with an eye for exquisite design and an impressive track record. With over two decades of experience as a private pitching coach, she's transitioned from the softball diamond, where she won a national championship at the University of Arizona, to the world of real estate. JAIME TANKERSLEY came from the client services industry where her broad range of skill sets have been invaluable to the team and all her clients (ranging from operations management, finance, training, customer relations, and successfully managing teams of 80+ people throughout the country). Jaime was born and raised in the Phoenix Valley and currently lives in north Peoria in the Westwing community. Jaime is personable, level headed, driven, intelligent, and hard working. Her background in client services and process management has helped elevate the teams' ability to assist more clients, with an even higher level of skill.
